A fix has been implemented and we are no longer seeing slowness related to Time Entries and Projects, and functionality of the Profitability Summary report has been restored. We are continuing to monitor the issue but no further complications are expected.

Investigating

FreshBooks is currently experiencing increased traffic that may result in Time Entries or Projects loading slower than normal. Additionally, users may encounter issues when loading the Profitability Summary report, and may be unable to access the report temporarily.

We are currently investigating and working to implement a fix that will resolve these issues. Updates will be provided as they become available. Thanks for your patience and apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
